Ofelia II ja muita juttuja – Ofelia II and other stories

Kokoan tänne ajatuksiani ja kokemuksiani uutena veneenomistajana ja muistelen menneitä, sillä niitä on ajallisesti enemmän kuin tulevia. Varaan oikeuden kirjoittaa muitakin kuin meriaiheisia tarinoita.

S/y Ofelia II, jatkossa Ofelia,  on norjalaisvalmisteinen Hero 101 -purjevene, minkä ostin Ruotsista elokuussa 2017. Kuvassa vene on ostopäivänä Åsättrassa, Tukholman saaristossa. Käännän tai kirjoitan ainakin osan teksteistä englanniksi, sillä Hero 101 -veneestä löytyy kovin vähän mainintoja, mutta muistan jonkun toivoneen, että joku laatisi Hero 101 -aiheisen sivuston. Saatan jossain vaiheessa koota löytämäni linkit yhteen.

I will gather here my thoughts and experiences as a new boat owner, and reminisce the good old days, as they are already greater in number compared to the future. I will reserve the right to write about other topics, too.

S/y Ofelia II, from now on Ofelia, is a Norwegian built Hero 101 sailboat, which I bought from Sweden in August 2017. The picture is taken on the day of purchase at Åsättra in the Stockholm archipelago. I will translate or write my text also in English, as there is – to my knowledge – very little Hero 101 -related material found in the internet. Maybe I will  at some point gather the links I have found so far.
